Ingredients:
- Quarter and remove seeds from 4 medium sweet bell peppers
- Tear 4 oz of fresh mozzarella
- Tear 3 tbsp of fresh KRISPR Lemon Basil leaves
- 1 ½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- ½ tsp flaky sea salt
- ⅛ tsp ground pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the broiler on high.
- Place the peppers under the broiler, turning once, until they are soft and charred in spots, approximately 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, arrange the peppers on a serving platter. Top with mozzarella, fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!
