Our produce is freshly harvested to each individual order. Due to its fresh nature, we are unable to accept any requests for cancellations or refunds and all sales are considered final. However, as we take great pride in having happy customers, do drop us an email on hello@krisprfarms.com, should you not be satisfied with the resolution of your issue.
