Ingredients: 

• Approximately 5 ounces of water (1 wineglass measurement) 
• An equivalent weight of sugar to the water (1 wineglass measurement) 
• Zest of 5 to 6 limes 
• 1 glass Lime juice  
• A generous portion of KRISPR Lemon Basil, thoroughly pounded into a puree 

Preparation: 

1. Place water and sugar in a pan. 
2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 4 minutes with the lime zest. 
3. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for a while. 
4. Stir in the lime juice and KRISPR Lemon Basil puree. Mix well and leave the mixture to infuse for a while. 
5. Pass the mixture through a coarse sieve and pour it into a plastic tub or earthenware dish. 
6. Place the container in the freezer. Typically, ice-cream takes around 2 hours to set. 
7. Try to stir it around every 30 minutes during this time, if you remember. 
8. Scoop the ice-cream into bowl and serve on its own.
